From looking at the back album cover, we are able to see the representation of Rihanna has digressed from someone who is bold and vibrant to someone who is potentially weak and vulnerable as the image is shown to have no eye-contact with the audience but also the colour, of which, was a bright red that has drifted to a washed-out light pink. Thereby proving the appeal to be aimed towards the typical women due to its angelic look. Besides this, the songs are revealed on the side in a bold deep red, emphasising their significance.

The design of the CD follows on from the inside cover as the disk is subject to being a rose although by it being a baby pink colour, it slowly transforms the look of the album into the following album cover - the back cover. Showing the continuity of the theme for Rihanna's album; sexual, love and passion.
The following is a promotional album poster for Rihanna's album 'Loud'. Although the album hasn't been released yet, as indicated by the bottom of the poster, it reveals the artwork of the album to potentially draw the attention of the audience from early on without unveiling the music. The poster follows the codes and conventions by featuring the artist name, album name, release date and the artist herself. The typography is the same font throughout and capitalises all, that would be important to the consumers.
Overall, it is clear that both of these products (the album and promotional poster) clearly correlate to each other due to their matching colour scheme of red and the dominate figure, being Rihanna's face. Therefore creating perfect synergy. By having synergy it can create opportunities to draw in more consumers but also produce a bigger yet easier advertisement for the artist and album.
